Everything seems to be working: Slide away steering column, AC was serviced by ASC certified mechanic and blows ICE COLD, Wipers work, Low and high beam headlights work, new headlight switch, turn signals work, brake lights work, parking brake alarm light works, dash lights work, gauges all work except for the clock. The interior is in really nice condition. New Battery, The braking system works great! Rebuilt power brake booster, new master cylinder, new brake hoses, wheel cylinders and brake shoes, New radiator and hoses, The upper and lower ball joints were replaced, outer and inner tie rods replaced, sway bar links replaced, rebuilt steering pump and steering box, Transmission was been serviced and resealed. The following has been done: engine resealing oil pan, front timing cover and valve covers, new water pump, rebuild original carburetor, plug wires and all tune up parts. Engine compartment is very clean for a car that is 57 years old. Also the Chrome on the car is amazingly good condition for its age! All the glass is in exceptional condition! Doors open and close really nice. I cannot find a single spot of rust anywhere on the vehicle. From the looks of the under carriage I believe it is true. It supposedly has less than 42,000 original Miles on the car. The original owners for over 50+ years had babied and pampered the car. 390 Engine matching numbers Automatic Transmission. I bought the car several years ago from the second owner who did a great job of making into a custom with the ability to preserve it back to original if so desired. Control switches are nicely hidden in the center console ashtray. Take a look at the pictures of this slammed on the ground T-Bird!
